Nursing

Our nursing staff offers a wide range of services including wound care, IV therapy, tube feeding, medication management & education, ostomy care, catheter care, and TPN. (Skilled Nurse Tracie Nelson (Right) performs ventipuncture to obtain lab results)

We also provide aftercare in the home following a surgical procedure, patient education regarding a new disease process such as Diabetes, Congestive Heart Failure, Hypertension, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and other services as ordered by a physician.

Physical & Occupational Therapies

We provide both Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy to assist in recovering from multiple illnesses such as Stroke and Heart Attack. We also provide therapy to assist in recovering from falls, joint replacements, amputations and exacerbation of disease processes such as Congestive Heart Failure, Parkinson’s Disease, Arthritis, etc.

Home Health Aide for ADL Assistance

We assist patients in activities of daily living such as showering, ambulation, range of motion, skin care, grooming needs, oral care, and foot care.
